Chad Putman is the Democrat running in the open race to fill the seat being vacated by retiring Senator Hugh Farley in this district north of Albany. Chad is openly LGBT and currently serves as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Schenectady. He supports GENDA, the Conversion Therapy bill and the Child-Parent Security Act.
